Registration Requirements and Cancellation Policy

  • Please include your agency purchase order, check or money order with your application If you have not paid by credit card through Paypal.
  • Course tuition is due upon registration.
  • All training courses have a student limit per class. (Review the training course description pages for course details)
  • Training classes are filled in the order student registration forms are received.
  • If a training class has been filled, you will be notified. You may register for a different training class or request a refund.
  • Only pre-paid slots will be reserved for students that are paid in full.
  • You will receive registration confirmation via e-mail.
  • You will receive a training class confirmation e-mail 1 week prior to the class with all the class details, location, directions to the training site, etc.
  • You may cancel attending a training class no later than 10 days before the class is presented and you will be eligible to reschedule in another class. This will allow us to fill your slot with standby students waiting to fill your vacant slot.
  • If you cancel the day of the class or after the 10 day acceptable cancellation period and we are unable to fill your slot, you forfeit your tuition for that training class.
  • In the event we have to reschedule a training class due to training site logistical issues, students will be offered an opportunity to attend another firearms training class in lieu of the class that had been scheduled.
  • In the event Panther Precision Arms Training, LLC cancels a firearms training class, students will be offered an opportunity to attend another firearms training class in lieu of the class that has been cancelled or can request a full tuition refund.
