Subject: Dissolution and Closing of Panther Precision Arms Training.

Dearest Customers:

It is with sincere regret that Panther Precision Arms Training, LLC. will be closing permanently on February 1, 2020. This was not an easy decision and after much thought, I have to do best for my family as I enter into a new business and life long dream.

As many of you know I have dedicated much of my life to the study of the martial arts and the last several years specifically to Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. I’m proud to say I recently fulfilled my goal of becoming a certified instructor a reality. I will be opening my very own commercial Gracie Certified Training Center here in Brazil, Indiana where we will focus on street level self-defense. With that said, as a husband, a father, a full-time merit deputy and now having my commercial martial arts school there just wouldn’t be time for another business. It is for those reasons I will be closing the doors on Panther Precision Arms Training.

Those who may be interested in supplementing your self-defense skills and maybe interested in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu please reach out! It will be a life-changing decision you will be glad you made for sure! The techniques are incredible but beyond that, the training environment is so cooperative and nurturing you can’t help but succeed! Enhance your self-defense skills with Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and have so much fun you won’t believe it! You will quickly find yourself thinking, “This is so much fun why didn’t I do this years ago!” Come join our great big jiu-jitsu family! You won’t regret it, do it the Gracie Way!

Sincerely,
Jason D. Frazier, CEO
